Inflation has hit but the quality of the food is still good. Depending on what you order, the food can take awhile to prepare. This time, I tried the curry laksa which has a strong kick to the broth - more so than the supermarket Prima Taste packets! Thankfully I also ordered an ice coffee to dull the spiciness a bit though the drink was sweeter than my liking. Prawns were freshly fried with just the right amount of batter which may have explained the 15 minute wait for the food. Mellow Christian worship music playing in the background makes for a relaxing meal. Easy parking in the strip mall right off of 580 Hopyard exit.

Hole in the wall restaurant. Nothing fancy in decoration but the food here speak it all. The nasi lamek definitely taste authentic. Beef was very tender. Crispy tofu has a kick. Seafood laksa was donkey yummy. Lots of seating at the restaurant. Self serve water station Would definitely recommend.

Only got the kaya toast, but it was amazing! We originally wanted to stop by for kuih desserts, but they don't have them on Tuesdays/Wednesdays. The coconut jam and butter inside the toast was really good, and the bread itself was perfectly toasted. Service was also really quick - we were in and out in 5 minutes! Would return.
